Keep Your Fitness Goals

I have a few friends who text me whenever they work out. Fitness does not come second nature to me. If one of my friends work out then I think to myself, “Wow I probably should get my butt in the gym too”. I will drag myself to the gym to work out. Next thing I know I have no idea what to do next. I am frozen. Do I lift weights? Do I run? Do I bike? I die every time I bike. So no…? Truth. I have found that these five fitness tips help me stay motivated.

Here are a Few Fitness Tips:

  2. Work Out with Friends.
  3. Sleep.
  4. Work Out Consistently.
  5. Write Down Your Progress.
